What Do We Need?

• 5W!TS locations are located in entertainment districts or destination developments of major cities which are supported by dense population and high vehicle traffic.
• We like movie theaters and dinner restaurants in the immediate area. Having local colleges nearby is always a plus.
• 5W!TS can work well with new construction or in existing space.
• Significant exterior signage is a must.
• Dedicated parking is a plus, nearby parking a minimum in tight urban areas.
