Ticketing Information

• Expeditions last approximately 45 minutes. Shows depart every 15 minutes.
• Groups of 12 or more may reserve private expeditions by calling 617.375.WITS.
• Tickets may be purchased up to two weeks in advance.
• Tickets purchased online and via phone are subject to a per ticket service charge ($1.50 online, $1.00 via phone). There is no service charge for tickets purchase at the box office.
• Tickets are sold based on availability for specific times.
• You must arrive 15 minutes prior to your expedition. Latecomers will be admitted at the discretion of the management. Latecomers may not be accommodated subject to availability. Latecomers will not receive refunds or exchanges.
• Tickets are not refundable and may not be exchanged.
• If tickets online are sold out, feel free to call 617.375.WITS. Some tickets are usually held for same day sales.

Groups

Special group rates and advance reservations apply to parties of 20 or more. Many days sell out quickly. Contact our Group Sales Department at 617.375.WITS or groups@5-wits.com to make your reservation now. Click here for more information about groups!

Our lobby is available for functions small and large. Additional fees will apply if your function requires the lobby to be reserved exclusively for your event.
