This reviewer has been on a quest to live a healthier lifestyle since the day she was born. Related to said quest, she dabbled diet-wise living meat-free for the better part of a decade. However, moving to Buffalo NY, arguably the chicken wing & Polish sausage capital of the world (yes, even next to Poland) and within such close proximity to Fat Bob’s, to boot, ended that decade long diet dabble fast in its tracks.
Buffalo has become an obstacle course of rediscovering meat & chicken wings – and of course, barbecue!! There have been hits and misses along the way; readjusting one’s palette and digestion isn’t always fun and easy.
But eating at Fat Bob’s is never short of amazing and scrumptious. This reviewer hadn’t seen pork rib meat fall that clean off the bone ever in her life. Nor has she met such a friendly bar staff that wasn’t overbearingly so.
Prompt service, friendly conversation (but only when you want it), manageable menu, fully stocked pit, delicious meat, fabulous side options, reasonably priced – Fat Bob’s BBQ in Allentown is literally everything you’d want in your neighborhood BBQ joint.
