Our live-action adventures are unlike anything else that exists, offering challenging but accessible experiences everyone is sure to love. With our party packages, there’s no need to worry about complicated planning and logistics. Each package includes a dedicated party host, private admission, decorated party room, and utensils/place settings. If you’ve got special requests, like a larger party or extra food, let us know! We can customize any package to include extras and will be happy to answer any questions you may have.

BIRTHDAY PARTY FAQS

How long does an adventure last?

Each adventure takes approximately 30 minutes, with the exact time depending on your team’s performance.

Do you have availability on my selected date? How far in advance should I book?

Yes! We run birthday parties several times an hour seven days a week, with multiple party rooms in each venue, so regardless of what day you in have in mind, there is an excellent chance we can accommodate you. We do accommodate in-week bookings, but encourage you to book a minimum of two weeks in advance of your selected date to ensure you are able to get your preferred start time and that you will have enough time to coordinate your party guests. How many people in an adventure?

Our party packages are designed and built for twelve people going into an adventure. We can accommodate as many additional guests as you would like to bring, but would need to add the cost of an additional package and split your party into different groups.

Does an adult count as an admission?

Yes. Just like going to a movie or theme park, anyone who enters must have a paid admission. Our party packages include twelve admissions, and at least one adult chaperone is mandatory if anyone in the party is 12 or younger.

What ages is this for?

All of them! When we say “all ages,” we mean it. Our adventures are designed to be challenging and accessible to a wide range of guests, and we have hosted birthday parties from six to eighty-six (yes, really!)

That said, we strongly advise against bringing children younger than seven. The adventures involve logic based puzzle-solving that may go over the heads of younger kids. In addition, each one features intense situations, loud soundtracks, and immersive lighting and special effects that take place in real-life environments – NOT on a screen! You’ll get the chance to get hands-on with your environment, but make sure you’re up to the challenge.

What if I have to cancel or reschedule my party?

In the event of cancellation, we will issue store credit for the full amount of the party package. You may reschedule your package as needed without penalty.

Can I bring in outside food?

With the sole exception of cakes, cupcakes, or ice cream, outside food is strictly prohibited and will not be permitted past the lobby. Each of our party packages includes food, and we can always arrange additional catering options through our catering partnership. Can you accommodate nut or gluten allergies?

Yes! When booking your package, please make sure to let us know in the comments about any specific allergies within your party.
